| Somali Collects 100 Million Birr In Revenue |

Jijiga , - The Somali State has collected a sum of 100 million Birr in revenue from various businesses over the last six months, the state revenue bureau said.
Bureau Head, Abdurahman Mohemmed told ENA over the weekend that the sum was collected from in-land utility tax levied and tax levied on the sale of domestic animals and by-products, among others.
The sum obtained during the reported period exceeds that of last year by 55 million Birr.
The Head attributed the success to the new tax reform program which has alerted taxpayers to pay their due on time.
